Every year, it is such a pleasure to meet so many enthusiastic and passionate young researchers from the field of Scanning Probe microscopy. We would like to give some words of gratitude to some of them…

Ralph Bulanadi
University of Geneva, Switzerland
The most excited NSFE2020 Speaker and the winner of the 2nd best contributed talk for his presentation on “Quantifying the Impact of Varying Defect Landscapes on Domain Wall Motion.” Thank you, Ralph, for your good vibes!

Giovanni Longo
ISM-CNR, Rome, Italy
Giovanni was the winner of the 1st prize for the best talk at the NSFE2019 in Bologna, Italy for his presentation on “Atomic Force Cantilevers as nanosensors for real-time investigations in biomedicine”
We find it as one of the most promising research projects in the life science field. Giovanni’s study on the nanomotion sensor is an innovative technique to detect life in extreme environments.
